Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager (Senior BDM) Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, business development, team leadership, and revenue generation. This role requires someone who can build strategic partnerships, manage high-value clients, and drive business expansion. Experience5–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Relations. Prior experience in leading business development teams is preferred. Age Criteria27–40 years Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the business development team. Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements. Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals. Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation and branding efforts. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records. Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, and monthly revenue performance. Represent the organization at networking events, corporate meetings, and industry conferences. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent relationship management and after-sales support. Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
