Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an Export Agent specializing in medicines. The role involves coordinating export and shipping operations, managing customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and liaising with logistics and forwarding companies. The Export Agent will play a key role in reinforcing client relationships and facilitating smooth export processes to meet company goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in Ocean freight processes, Export procedures, and Forwarding operations.
• Ability to manage time, work collaboratively, and handle responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or logistics industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in industry-related regulations and best practices.
