Job Title: Sr. Executive Business Development

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Executive Business Development to join our team. This

role is a strategic mix of client engagement and market expansion, focusing on identifying new business

opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be

an excellent communicator and negotiator who can translate opportunities into long-term partnerships,

support the sales pipeline, and contribute to the overall growth strategy. This position plays a key role in

expanding our market presence and delivering value to both the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of UAV products to effectively

communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

  • Sales Execution: Independently handle the sales process from prospecting to closing deals,

preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to

identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking

events, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries,

and provide solutions through UAV products and services.

  • Sales Techniques: Apply effective sales strategies and techniques to convert leads into long-term

customers.

  • Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyse sales data, identify trends, and suggest

improvements to optimize performance.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth

communication and coordinated execution of activities.

  • Goal Achievement: Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the

overall growth of the organization.

  • Professional Development: Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and stay

updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirement Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Strong enthusiasm for sales and proven ability to achieve targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required (depending on the company's scope of operations).
