We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive (IT Sales) with 6 months – 2 years of experience to join our growing team on-site in Indore, MP.

Location: Indore
Mode: Work From Office (Full-Time)
Experience: 6 months- 2year
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and connect with potential clients for IT services across target markets
- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including online platforms, outbound calls, email outreach, and networking
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to drive long-term engagement
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations aligned with client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project scope and ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, CRM, and performance reports regularly
- Support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation and brand visibility
Requirements
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in Lead generation / IT Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce preferred)
- Good command of English for international client interaction
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team effectively
