We also have programs designed to help you take the next steps you want for your career.</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3>What’s this role about?</h3> As a Talent Operations Specialist at Auvik, you’ll play a key role in keeping our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be at the center of our recruiting efforts, supporting candidates, working closely with hiring managers, and ensuring everything stays organized and on track. This role is grounded in strong day-to-day execution, but goes beyond coordination. You’ll also help us improve how we work, identifying inefficiencies, exploring new tools, and finding smarter ways to operate.  In addition to supporting Talent Acquisition, you will also contribute to broader People Operations work as needed, supporting projects, programs, and the overall employee experience. What will I be doing? Drawing on your organization, curiosity, and interest in talent, you will: <ul> <li>Support day-to-day hiring operations, owning end-to-end candidate experience, using judgement to adapt processes and shift priorities</li> <li>Build and manage candidate pipelines for priority roles, including sourcing, outreach, and initial engagement</li> <li>Take ownership of hiring for select roles over time</li> <li>Maintain accurate information in our ATS (Greenhouse) and other systems</li> <li>Review current tools, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency</li> <li>Research and experiment with AI tools to improve sourcing, coordination, and overall team productivity</li> <li>Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People Operations team to support hiring and broader people processes</li> <li>Coordinate and proactively manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams</li> <li>Help implement better processes and systems that reduce manual work and improve the candidate and hiring team experience</li> <li>Contribute to cross-functional People initiatives beyond recruiting, including projects and employee lifecycle work</li> </ul> What are we looking for? <ul> <li>Proven experience supporting coordination, recruiting, or operational workflows</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when managing data and processes</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong, proactive communication skills, with the ability to keep candidates and stakeholders informed and aligned?</li> <li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment</li> <li>Experience working with tools and systems (ATS, scheduling tools, HRIS, AI)</li> <li>Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or improve operational tasks</li> </ul> We’re actively hiring for this role and looking to bring someone great onto the team as soon as possible.  About Auvik Auvik makes network management easier. We believe hiring requires judgment that can be augmented but, not replaced by AI.<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Compensation Details  At Auvik, our compensation philosophy is to be market competitive, reward performance, reflect our commitment to equity and maintain transparency with our employees. We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ, based on research from various sources of market data, which are reviewed on a regular basis. The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.  In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auvik’s future successes. Auvik employees are eligible to participate in additional benefits and programs including our comprehensive health and dental benefits plan, Wellness spending account, GRSP matching program, flexible paid time off, paid parental leave program, and are eligible for remote working subsidies. </div><div class="title">Salary Range:</div><div class="pay-range">$60,000—$78,000 CAD</div></div></div>
