We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor/Business Development Center professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless service experience. Your ability to communicate effectively, upsell services confidently, and understand automotive diagnostics will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Duties

• Review declined work from all of the locations, reach out to the client, and sell the work.
• Follow-up on missed opportunity phone calls and get an appointment scheduled.
• Explain service recommendations clearly, including auto estimating and repair options such as transmissions, brake repair, oil changes, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, air brake systems, alignment, and auto body repair.
• Upsell additional services by highlighting benefits and value to customers while maintaining integrity.
• Maintain detailed service writing records and ensure all documentation complies with company standards.
• Foster long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up communication.
• Previous dealership or automotive service advising is required.
• Proven success in upselling automotive services and vehicle maintenance packages.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures including transmissions, oil changes, brakes, suspensions, tire services, diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, alignments, and auto body repairs.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
• Experience with auto estimating software and service writing is required.
• Familiarity with mechanic work or service technician experience enhances your ability to communicate effectively with technicians.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
