Supply Chain / Warehouse Operations Manager

THE ROLE -

This role exists to ensures seamless, accurate, and timely movement and storage of goods from factory to customer across all GT, Online, and Export channels with full control and visibility. You will own dispatch, warehouse management, inventory, and logistics end-to-end, driving reliability, cost efficiency, system discipline, and zero stock discrepancies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO -

• Dispatch & Fulfilment : Own daily dispatch planning and execution across GT, Online (SLA-driven), and Export channels; ensure >95% on-time dispatch, clear backlogs, and align closely with production for FG availability. Track dispatch delays, stock shortages, and transport issues daily; maintain issue logs and action trackers to ensure zero last-minute surprises.
• Warehouse & Inventory Control : Manage RM, WIP, and FG inventory with accuracy; enforce FIFO/batch control, optimize slow/dead stock, and maintain real-time inventory visibility.
• Process & Systems: Drive 100% ERP adherence with zero manual dispatch; implement barcode/SKU tracking and standardize GRN, issue, and dispatch processes to reduce errors and improve control.
• Logistics & Cost Optimization: Manage transporters and export partners; optimize load and route planning to reduce logistics cost by 5–10% annually.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure GST and E-way bill compliance; manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB) and maintain audit readiness at all times.
• Team & Operations Management: Lead multi-shift warehouse operations with strong manpower planning, productivity, and discipline, build team capability and improve efficiency across operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR -

• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain/warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing setup and multi-channel dispatch environment.
• Strong execution and control mindset with hands-on expertise in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• High ownership, methodological approach, and ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Proven ability to lead teams on the ground, drive discipline, and deliver consistent, reliable operations at scale.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
