Responsibilities
- Provide hair salon and styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, braiding and more.
- Perform eyebrow arching, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services as needed
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and client interactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience
- Minimum experience as a hair stylist is ok
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and services
- Strong knowledge of retail sales and retail math principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Familiarity with the latest trends in hair styling and beauty industry
