Responsibilities

• Provide hair salon and styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, braiding and more.
• Perform eyebrow arching, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services as needed
• Upsell salon products and services to clients
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries
• Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and client interactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience

• Minimum experience as a hair stylist is ok
• Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and services
• Strong knowledge of retail sales and retail math principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Familiarity with the latest trends in hair styling and beauty industry
