🚧 We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Civil (Villa Projects)

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Project Manager – Civil with strong technical expertise and MEP coordination skills to lead premium villa project execution.

🧑💼 Experience: 6+ Years (Villa / Residential Projects)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end execution of villa projects (excavation to handover)
• Strong civil + MEP coordination to avoid rework and delays
• Ensure quality, timelines, and cost control
• Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Coordinate with PMC & consultants for smooth delivery
• Monitor site progress and resolve execution challenges

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in villa / gated community projects
• Strong knowledge of structural + finishing works
• Working knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)
• Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving ability
