Weekend Caregiver (PCA/CNA) – Ashburn, VA – /hr

We are hiring a weekend caregiver for an elderly gentleman in Ashburn, VA. This role requires someone who is not only experienced, but who brings a warm, calm, and compassionate presence into the home. For us, personality matters just as much as skill.

The right candidate is dependable, attentive, and physically capable, but most importantly, someone who genuinely cares and treats clients with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Support mobility and safely assist with transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, etc.)
• Basic meal preparation
• Monitor client condition and communicate any concerns

Qualifications

• Experience caring for elderly patients (required)
• Must be able to speak English clearly
• Must have reliable transportation / ability to drive
• Must be physically able to assist with lifting and transfers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• CNA or PCA certification preferred but not required

Schedule & Pay

• Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday)
• Part-time
• $19/hour
