As part of our Planning team, the Architects, you help turn audience understanding and business clarity into intentional media strategies. Our planners connect research, analytics, creativity, and collaboration to build the strategic foundation that guides every media investment. Because media starts and ends with people, every recommendation begins with understanding the audiences we serve and the outcomes our clients value most.

As an Associate Media Planner, you'll build the skills, curiosity, and confidence to transform data into insight and insight into action. You'll contribute to thoughtful planning, support cross-functional collaboration, and help ensure every decision is made with intention.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Associate Media Planner, you'll support the development and execution of media plans while building a strong foundation in strategic thinking, analysis, and media planning. • Verify campaign data, ratings information, and audience metrics, including Nielsen data, to support accurate planning and reporting.

  • Build call projections that help clients and telemarketing partners plan effectively.

  • Research invoice discrepancies and partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.

Planning Operations

  • Maintain accurate information within agency systems and planning tools.

  • Prepare client, product, and campaign setup documentation, including telemarketing and web scripts.

  • Coordinate traffic instructions, creative requests, and campaign logistics to ensure campaigns launch successfully.

  • Support planners with competitive research, marketplace intelligence, and media recommendations.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare recurring campaign reports and planning documents that communicate performance clearly and concisely.

  • Identify trends, emerging insights, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Surface meaningful findings that help inform smarter decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure work is delivered accurately, on time, and with exceptional attention to detail.

Learning & Growth

  • Develop expertise across media channels, planning principles, and agency tools.

  • Ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions respectfully, and actively strengthen your craft.

  • Collaborate across departments to understand how strategy, activation, analytics, and account management work together to deliver meaningful results.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and shared success.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience & Technical Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Internship or exposure to advertising, marketing, communications, or media is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an aptitude for working with data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies.

WHO WE ARE

We're a media agency built for brands that value intention.

At Attention Arc, we combine deliberate media craft with technology designed to amplify it. We build trusted partnerships so every decision stays aligned with what matters most. Media doesn't fail because of technology. It fails when intention is missing.

That's why we exist.

To restore intention to media.

At 160 people across four offices in Phoenix, Durham, Irvington, and New York City, we occupy a deliberate sweet spot: big enough to handle major brands and complex business, nimble enough to move quickly, make smart decisions, and deliver measurable impact. No unnecessary layers. No slow-moving bureaucracy. Just experienced people, thoughtful strategy, fast execution, and technology built to help every decision become a better one.

Our culture is shaped by our values:

  • All In | We show up with intensity and ownership.

  • No Sidelines | We collaborate without ego or boundaries.

  • Move With Curiosity | We ask why, explore boldly, and learn fast.

  • Truth With Heart | We communicate with honesty and empathy.

OUR COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION

At Attention Arc, we believe people do their best work when they feel they belong. Inclusion isn't just about representation. It's about creating an environment where people feel seen, supported, and comfortable showing up as themselves.

We value different lived experiences, perspectives, and ways of thinking because they make our work stronger and our decisions smarter. We intentionally create space for every voice to shape our work, challenge assumptions, and contribute to meaningful outcomes.

We're committed to building an agency where everyone has a genuine seat at the table and is trusted to step in, take ownership, and make an impact. We foster collaboration, encourage curiosity, and invest in people's growth because we believe media starts and ends with people.

When people feel heard, respected, and empowered to contribute, we restore intention to the work we do and move forward together.
