HVAC Maintenance Technician - 1 year experience required

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC and will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. The Tech will diagnose, repair and install residential HVAC systems. You will help the clients make informed and confident buying decisions with a focus on service, not selling. The tech will build long-term relationships with clients who request you by name because they appreciate excellent service and workmanship.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Follow our service system and educate the customer on products and services
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
• Actively participate in all training, department and company meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices and collaborate with coworkers as needed to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Perform physical activities using various hand and power tools efficiently in various climate conditions
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck

Qualifications/Skills Needed

• Ideally a Journeyman HVAC License. Current Apprentice at minimum
• 1 year HVAC experience with the desire to continuously improve your skills
• Knowledge of local codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications
• Skilled in system replacement and repair, fixture replacement and repair, maintenance, and other related HVAC work.
• ServiceFusion and/or ServiceTitan experience a must
• Valid drivers license and no DUI convictions within 7 years
• Must pass a background check
• Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
• An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
