We’re looking for a Creative Producer – Post Production who can lead and manage the complete post-production workflow across our projects. From edits and timelines to creative quality and delivery this role is all about making sure the final output looks sharp, premium, and aligned with the creative vision.

You’ll work closely with editors, motion designers, creative teams, and clients to ensure projects move smoothly from raw footage to final delivery.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Creative Producer. The Creative Producer will oversee the end-to-end execution of content production, managing projects, ensuring creative alignment with brand strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include coordinating video production, photography, and marketing campaigns while balancing creative vision with deliverables, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end execution of creative projects and campaigns
• Coordinate between creative, production, post-production, and clients
• Plan shoots, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure smooth production workflows and timely project delivery
• Oversee on-ground shoot execution and production quality
• Work with editors, designers, writers, and creators to maintain creative consistency
• Handle vendor, freelancer, and talent coordination when required
• Ensure projects align with brand objectives and creative direction

Requirements

• Strong understanding of content production and campaign execution
• Experience in creative agencies, production houses, or media teams
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of social media, digital content, and branded storytelling
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Familiarity with production timelines, budgets, and shoot planning
