Job Description

As a Regional Payroll Specialist (Contract) at Atlas Technology Solutions, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the Payroll team by coordinating and processing activities for specific countries in the APAC region. Reporting to the Regional Payroll Manager, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of regional payroll entries and transactions, following established procedures and schedules. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with other departments, administering payroll adjustments, and providing accurate payroll data to the Accounting team. Additionally, you will liaise with the Regional Payroll Manager for reporting, data analysis, and audit projects. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in meeting compliance needs and delivering exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with payroll partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing of regional payroll entries
  • Coordinate payroll activities with other departments and provide accurate payroll data to the Accounting team
  • Collaborate with the Regional Payroll Manager on payroll reporting, data analysis, and audit projects
  • Monitor reconciliation of garnishments, tax levies, and general deductions, and address payroll-related inquiries
  • Maintain payroll dashboards to track progress and resolve any issues throughout the payroll cycles

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a multi-country, fast-paced payroll environment, with APAC payroll experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving within cross-functional teams
  • Organized with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in IT systems and ability to adapt to system input needs
  • Experience in multinational payroll implementation/onboarding is a plus
