Job Description
As a Product Designer (UI) at Atlantis, you play a crucial role in crafting experiences that address the financial needs of our consumers. You will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphics elements, and building navigation components to create functional and appealing features that enhance our customer base.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Design websites using Webflow/Figma and design products focusing on UX/UI.
- Rapidly ideate and validate designs through sketches, prototypes, and testing.
- Determine the information architecture and flows for product features.
- Create high-fidelity visuals, UI mockups, prototypes, and specifications for final solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and user experience.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers to enhance customer understanding.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Create original graphic designs/illustrations such as images, sketches, and tables.
- Present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to ensure responsiveness.
- Contribute to maintaining the design system and advocate for scalable design solutions.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- 2-4 years of proven work experience as a UI Designer in a Product Design team.
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience, interaction, and visual/user interface design.
- Proficiency in creating Zeplin files for front-end engineers.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools like Wireframe.cc, InVision, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe XD and Photoshop.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.
- Experience in validating design decisions through user/usability research.
- Track record of shipping high-quality product experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
