Role summary:
An Apprenticeship opportunity for fresh graduates from the 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 batch who are eager to learn and gain practical experience in VoIP systems, network infrastructure, and end-user support while working alongside experienced IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day IT support activities across systems and devices
- Support the basic setup and maintenance of desktops, thin clients, and peripherals
- Help troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Provide first-level support to users for common IT queries
- Assist in maintaining business phone and communication systems
- Support user setup such as extensions, voicemail, and basic system access
- Help maintain records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions
- Work with the IT team to support routine system updates and maintenance
- Learn and follow IT support processes, documentation, and best practices.
