Order Picker/ Warehouse Associate

Full-Time Order Picker / Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) – Immediate Hire

Join a fast-paced warehouse team offering steady hours, weekly incentives, and full-time benefits. We are hiring dependable individuals to help pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 11:00am-7:30PM (Full-Time)

Pay & Incentives:

• $14.50/hour starting pay
• $15.00/hour after 90 days (based on performance)
• Weekly incentives averaging an additional $0.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Verify items against order details
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work with team members to meet daily goals
• Report on discrepancies or damaged items
• Assist with inventory and restocking

Requirements

• Must be 18+ with two valid forms of ID
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a warehouse without air conditioning
• Must pass a basic math test
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential

Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse setting with physical activity throughout the shift.
