Job Description
Full-Time Order Picker / Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) – Immediate Hire
Join a fast-paced warehouse team offering steady hours, weekly incentives, and full-time benefits. We are hiring dependable individuals to help pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 11:00am-7:30PM (Full-Time)
Pay & Incentives:
- $14.50/hour starting pay
- $15.00/hour after 90 days (based on performance)
- Weekly incentives averaging an additional $0.50/hour
Benefits (after 90 days):

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Verify items against order details
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work with team members to meet daily goals
- Report on discrepancies or damaged items
- Assist with inventory and restocking
Requirements
- Must be 18+ with two valid forms of ID
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a warehouse without air conditioning
- Must pass a basic math test
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse setting with physical activity throughout the shift.
