Deputy Logistics Manager

AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Deputy Logistics Manager with proven experience supporting large scale airport or equivalent infrastructure programs. The Deputy Logistics Manager will support a transformative airport infrastructure project and will be part of a high-performing project team based in the west end of Toronto. Your role Deputizes for the Logistics Manager as required to support the oversight and coordination of the construction activities.  Assists the Logistics Manager in the execution of project construction and coordinator duties related to logistics solutions Manage and maintain communication with stakeholders and project staff Provide strategic level reporting to enable effective decision making. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders as required About you Typically, a minimum of 12 years of professional experience with 7 in a logistics related leadership role. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs greater than CAD $500M. Ability to demonstrate significant expertise in site logistics, traffic management, site coordination, material and equipment delivery, and other applicable technical fields. Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions on complex projects and programs. Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects. Demonstrable experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing strategic level reporting to enable effective decision making. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meeting / workshops with large groups of stakeholders. Recognized degree and professional designation are considered an asset.
