Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an RCI Licensed Psychologist based in Hyderabad. The psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and developing treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating mental health conditions, implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and participating in case discussions as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Psychology and expertise in Psychological Assessment
- Experience in Counseling and Mental Health services
- Knowledge of Medical and psychological principles relevant to mental health treatment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) certification is mandatory
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
