Mechanical Site Execution Engineer – Firefighting Systems
Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Naval Dockyard ,Mumbai.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Execution Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in firefighting system execution. The candidate will be responsible for handling on-site installation, execution, testing, and commissioning activities related to firefighting systems while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete site execution activities for firefighting systems.
- Supervise installation of hydrant systems, pumps, and piping works.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and daily site activities.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related technical issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing purposes.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and firefighting regulations.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of firefighting systems.
- Attend client and site coordination meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities within deadlines.
- Maintain quality control during installation and execution works.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of firefighting system execution and installation.
- Experience in handling commercial, industrial, or MEP projects.
- Good understanding of firefighting drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of NFPA, NBC, and fire safety standards.
- Ability to manage site workforce and subcontractors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of project documentation and reporting
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fire & Safety certifications will be an added advantage.
