<h3><strong>Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term)</strong></h3>
<p>Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter that will be own full cycle recruitment and deliver an 'out of this world' candidate journey/experience. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the recruitment process and optimize hiring for specific engineering departments. <br><br>Ideally you are a self-starter that is capable, motivated, and highly passionate about building organization.<br><br>This role will be a fixed-term position to July/August of 2026, with the chance of conversion full-time. On a fixed-term employment you will receive full benefits and a base salary during your time working. </p>
<p><strong>Role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.</li>
<li>Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data. </li>
<li>Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.</li>
<li>Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.</li>
<li>Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.</li>
<li>Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members. </li>
<li>Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.</li>
</ul>
<h4><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company </li>
<li>Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware focussed</li>
<li>Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline</li>
<li>Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness</li>
<li>Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision making</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task</li>

<div>Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources.
