Job Description

Drive training excellence as a Project Manager focused on Learning & Development. Support the implementation of operational guidelines and innovative training strategies within a collaborative framework.

Your mission is to transition fragmented processes into an integrated model. You’ll execute defined workstream components, manage key performance indicators, and act as the U.S. point of contact for training initiatives. Utilize your background in life sciences to enhance operational efficiency and lead cross-functional teams effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of training workstream components
  • Review and maintain KPIs and roadmaps
  • Serve as certified Learning Expert for training
  • Organize and execute scientific knowledge workshops
  • Guide teams to achieve strategic outcomes Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Mandatory project management certifications (e.g., PMP)
  • 3–5 years in healthcare/life sciences
  • Experience with L&D technology platforms
  • Proven leadership and communication skills Enhance training execution and operational success through strategic management and collaborative efforts.
