As the Zonal Manager North (Commercial Project Sales) at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions India Pvt. - Define and execute the zonal commercial project sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the North Zone.
- Build and maintain a robust sales funnel at the zonal level, ensuring consistent pipeline health.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of ADMs and BDMs by setting clear KPIs and driving accountability.
- Develop senior-level relationships with commercial developers, builders, and architects to drive product specifications.
- Lead negotiations, manage pricing, and collaborate with Specifications and Marketing teams to amplify brand presence.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment, monitor collections, and provide accurate zonal MIS for strategic decision-making.
- Represent ASSA ABLOY at industry forums, trade exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
