Supervise the day-to-day operations of the poultry farm Manage and train farm workers to ensure efficient and effective performance Monitor and maintain the health and welfare of the poultry Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards Create and implement farm protocols and procedures Monitor and maintain the farm's equipment and machinery Maintain accurate records and reports on farm operations Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders as required Ability to manage a team of farm workers, including assigning tasks and overseeing their work. Knowledge of poultry health and nutrition, as well as experience with disease prevention and treatment. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with farm workers, suppliers, and customers. Familiarity with farm equipment and machinery, including the ability to operate and maintain them. Ability to manage the budget for the farm and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.
