We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator / Treatment Plan Specialist to join our healthcare team. Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plan explanations
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop, review, and update personalized treatment plans that meet patient needs
  • Educate patients on their procedures, and post-treatment care instructions clearly and confidently
  • Manage patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointment reminders, treatment progress, and any concerns or questions they may have
  • Coordinate insurance verifications and assist with billing inquiries to streamline administrative processes
  • Support the medical team by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and documentation management

Skills

  • Proven experience working in a medical office environment or healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office atmosphere
  • Knowledge of medical administrative support procedures including insurance processing and patient record management
  • Prior experience in a dental or healthcare office is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills—empathetic listening and clear verbal explanations are essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail
