Role Overview
We are looking for a target-driven Outbound Sales Representative to connect with high-intent customers, recover abandoned carts, resolve pre-sales queries and drive website orders for Asian Footwears.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to cart & checkout drop, payment-failed, and interested customers.
- Explain products, offers, sizes, delivery timelines, and return/replacement policies.
- Help customers complete purchases on the Asian Footwears website.
- Follow up with interested customers and close pending orders.
- Update call status, customer feedback, follow-up details, conversion outcomes in CRM.
- Achieve daily calling, conversion, and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable making 70 to 100 calls per day.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude with target ownership.
Preferred Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales.
- Experience in e-commerce, footwear, fashion, retail, or D2C brands will be preferred.
