We are looking for a Customer Communication Executive who can effectively handle customer interactions, support sales activities, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and direct communication
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and production teams
- Follow up on orders, payments, and delivery updates
- Provide product information and assist in closing sales
- Maintain customer data and update records
Qualifications
- MBA or Any Degree
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Good Communication Skills (Tamil required, basic English preferred)
- Sales Knowledge is an added advantage
- Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
