Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will help drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. This role requires strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Support sales goals by motivating team members and monitoring performance
• Help recruit, train, and supervise store staff
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Handle cash management, including registers, deposits, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Step in as acting manager in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1–3 years of retail or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
