Resolve customer issues related to our share trading application and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate unresolved issues to the respective team and ensure timely resolution and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/system for future reference and analysis. Assist customers with account-related processes, application navigation, and basic troubleshooting to ensure a smooth user experience.
