Job Timings: Mon to Saurday: 8am to 12pm

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to manage routine clinical services and oversee specialized treatment protocols. The ideal candidate will be heavily involved in outpatient (OP) consultations, clinical supervision of services, and the management of our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments. This role offers excellent clinical exposure to the growing field of neuromodulation.

Key Responsibilities:

Outpatient Care: Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe appropriate medications, and manage routine OP follow-ups.

TMS Clinical Screenings: Perform detailed patient assessments to determine eligibility and safety for TMS and other neuromodulation treatments.

Treatment Supervision: Oversee ongoing TMS sessions, ensuring clinical protocols are strictly followed. Provide guidance and supervision to psychologists and technicians on the floor.

Patient Education & Query Handling: Serve as the primary clinical point of contact to address queries from patients and their families regarding TMS efficacy, treatment timelines, side effects, and integrated care plans.

Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, treatment logs, and progress notes in alignment with clinic standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recognized Post Graduate qualification in Psychiatry (MD, DNB, or Diploma).
• Recognized Graduate qualification - MBBS
• Valid registration with the State/Medical Council of India.
• Strong foundation in general psychiatry with a keen interest in interventional psychiatry and neuromodulation therapies.(Prior experience with TMS/rTMS protocols is a strong advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Strong leadership qualities to supervise and guide clinical support staff.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
