State Sales Manager – Northern Territory
Your Impact
As the State Sales Manager – Northern Territory, you will lead and inspire a high‑performing field sales team to deliver exceptional in‑market execution and achieve strong commercial outcomes. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, owning the performance of the NT region, building strong customer relationships, and representing the business across key industry bodies and major sponsorship events.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and coach a field sales team to achieve sales targets and in‑market execution standards
- Develop and execute state and area plans aligned to commercial and cycle planning
- Drive performance through coaching, in‑trade activity, and KPI accountability
- Manage key On Premise customers, including contract negotiation and contract management
- Support key accounts, JBPs, forecasting, and stock management across channels
- Represent the business at industry forums and major sponsorship events
- Oversee sales operations, safety compliance (EH&S), and sales office administration
About You
- Proven experience in field sales and account management within FMCG
- Demonstrated people leadership and coaching capability
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive results
- Experience in territory planning and resource optimisation
- Confident customer engagement and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
