Solar Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Energy Technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate should have basic electrical knowledge, a strong understanding of solar systems, and the ability to work on-site efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and maintain solar PV panels, inverters, and related equipment

Perform site inspections and system testing to ensure proper functionality

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in solar systems

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of solar panels

Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and local regulations

Monitor system performance and report any faults or inefficiencies

Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory

Coordinate with engineers and project managers during installations

Requirements & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar energy technology

Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals

Willingness to work outdoors and at heights

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Prior experience in solar installation or maintenance is an advantage. Freshers can also apply

Valid driving license is a plus
