Job Description

As an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive in the Apparel/Manufacturing Industry Women Western Wear, your role will involve managing various human resource functions to support the business goals effectively. You should have 7-8 years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, and prepare salary sheets
  • Handle statutory compliance including ESI and PF
  • Manage administrative and office-related work

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, ESI, and PF
  • Experience with HR and payroll software such as Zoho People, Pagaar Book, or Zoho Payroll
  • Good organizational and decision-making skills

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline

Experience

  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in handling core HR functions independently
