As an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive in the Apparel/Manufacturing Industry Women Western Wear, your role will involve managing various human resource functions to support the business goals effectively. You should have 7-8 years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, and prepare salary sheets
- Handle statutory compliance including ESI and PF
- Manage administrative and office-related work
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, ESI, and PF
- Experience with HR and payroll software such as Zoho People, Pagaar Book, or Zoho Payroll
- Good organizational and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
Experience
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience in handling core HR functions independently
