Job Description
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Industry Preference: Renewable Energy / EPC (Mandatory)
Role Purpose
- Manage end-to-end post-order activities with strong coordination across BD, Legal, Accounts, and Operations
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth project execution
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project data on CRM/ERP platforms (Artha Central, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP/Oracle)
- Prepare and manage proposals, EPC, O&M, and Purchase Orders with proper documentation control
- Handle client KYC verification and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Coordinate execution of agreements (NDA, EPC, O&M, PPA) using e-signature tools
- Maintain contract repository and ensure proper documentation storage
- Manage client onboarding across internal systems and portals
- Coordinate with Design, BD, Legal, and Operations teams for approvals and execution
- Schedule meetings, track MOMs, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoicing and PI generation
- Review client Purchase Orders and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure complete project handover to execution teams
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with CRM tools and collaboration platforms (Teams/Slack)
- Familiarity with document management and e-signature tools
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI/Tableau (preferred)
Knowledge & Experience
- Understanding of sales operations, contract management, and compliance (KYC)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations/Coordination
- Strong experience in documentation and cross-functional coordination
