Technical Writer

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to create customer-ready technical documentation for Enterprise 5G Connect. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a range of documents, including Technical Product Descriptions, Release Notes, and User Guides, tailored to Service Provider (CSP) administrators and Enterprise administrators/IT.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in the telecommunications or technology industry.
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gather information from various stakeholders and synthesize it into clear, coherent documentation.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and authoring tools.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with 5G technology and related enterprise solutions.
• Experience in creating documentation for both presales and delivery contexts.
• Knowledge of information architecture and document template design.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with Architects, Product Management, UX, Sales, Support, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Design and author content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
• Plan and execute documentation review cycles, incorporating feedback and driving documents to final approval.
• Recommend and apply best-practice formats, tools, and content management approaches.
