Job Title: Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer (Java, Cloud & DevOps)

Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust software solutions using a variety of technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices, and will be responsible for leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in building backend services using Java (Spring Boot strongly preferred).
- Strong front-end development skills with React (preferred) or Angular/Vue, including state management and component testing.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern build tooling.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, with strong SQL and query tuning skills.
- Proven experience in CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and integration patterns.
- Strong grasp of security fundamentals and practical application.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with event streaming and asynchronous processing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and managed services.
- Performance and scalability expertise, including load testing and JVM tuning.
- Experience with micro frontends and design systems.
- Familiarity with fintech, payments, or regulated environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust REST/GraphQL services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using React/Angular/Vue with TypeScript.
- Build CI/CD pipelines with automated tests and deployments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and containerization strategies.
- Set up monitoring and alerting systems and drive incident response.
- Mentor developers and lead design reviews and technical roadmap initiatives.
