Title: EUC & RPA Support Engineer

Location: Toronto ,Ontario

Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, SCCM, and EUC tools
• Experience in coordinating provisioning of Virtual Machines across environments
• Strong understanding of RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UI Path, and MS Power Platform
• Ability to translate between business and technology terminology
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Incident Management practices and procedures

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with technology risk and information security standards
• Experience with role entitlement management for human and digital workers
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology environment setup, including firewall rules and application requirements
• Setup and manage all aspects of RPA bots including schedules and credentials
• Establish and maintain partnerships with various business and technology teams
• Execute Production Support readiness from HyperCare through turnover to BAU support team
• Perform technical triage of identified breakfix scenarios through resolution
• Submit access requests and analyze existing access roles for new access needs
• Liaison with external partners including cross-border resources
• Ensure adherence to Risk Controls Framework and Technology Risk Standards
