Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR operations, with a strong focus on documentation and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and exit documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation reviews
- Track and manage employee lifecycle documentation (onboarding to offboarding)
2. Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives
- Support internal communication efforts including newsletters, announcements, and campaigns
- Gather employee feedback through surveys and engagement tools
- Assist in implementing programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
3. HR Operations Support
- Assist in onboarding processes including documentation and orientation coordination
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
- Maintain trackers and generate HR reports as required
Qualifications & Skills
- 0 - 3 years of experience in HR coordination
- MBA in HR (Mandatory) Freshers are welcome.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
