Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR operations, with a strong focus on documentation and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and exit documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
  • Assist in audit preparation and documentation reviews
  • Track and manage employee lifecycle documentation (onboarding to offboarding)

2. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives
  • Support internal communication efforts including newsletters, announcements, and campaigns
  • Gather employee feedback through surveys and engagement tools
  • Assist in implementing programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

3. HR Operations Support

  • Assist in onboarding processes including documentation and orientation coordination
  • Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
  • Maintain trackers and generate HR reports as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • 0 - 3 years of experience in HR coordination
  • MBA in HR (Mandatory) Freshers are welcome.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
