Job Description
Spirit Connect is looking for a dynamic, highly organised individual to join our team in Hyderabad.
At Spirit Connect, we're building a platform for art, culture, creativity, and meaningful connections. We bring together artists, founders, creators, collectors, media professionals, and cultural practitioners through exhibitions, conversations, workshops, and community-led experiences.
We're looking for someone who can help us grow and nurture this ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partnerships, sponsors, collaborators, and community relationships
- Coordinate exhibitions, cultural events, workshops, and special projects from planning to execution
- Liaise with artists, galleries, vendors, production partners, and stakeholders
- Support guest management, invitations, RSVPs, and community engagement initiatives
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and on-ground operations
- Assist with social media coordination, content planning, and communication with external partners
- Maintain project trackers, budgets, and internal documentation
- Identify and build relationships with brands, cultural organisations, and potential partners
Who We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in events, partnerships, marketing, community building, PR, cultural programming, or related fields
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for art, design, culture, media, and creative communities
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in galleries, cultural institutions, creative agencies, luxury brands, media, or events
- Existing network within Hyderabad's creative ecosystem
