Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

Location: Hazlet, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour

Duration: 3-month temporary assignment

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our plumbing and heating company in Hazlet, NJ. This is a temporary, role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, solid computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Follow up with customers regarding annual service accounts and maintenance reminders
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
• Manage and update the company’s CRM system
• Assist with scheduling and general administrative support as needed
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to inquiries

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn CRM systems quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
