Position: Customer Success Manager for CloudHealth

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to manage, renew, and expand relationships with assigned customers and partners in North America. You'll work collaboratively in a talented team of CSMs to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with customers and partners.
  • Execute customer success strategies to secure renewals and drive revenue growth, exceeding targets.
  • Lead customer engagement through regular virtual or in-person meetings, including Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Manage activities using our processes and systems effectively.
  • Maintain a healthy and predictable revenue pipeline in the CRM, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—technical account management, marketing, product, and operations—to enhance the customer journey.
  • Work with leadership to improve the CSM processes for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in FinOps, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SaaS or cloud solutions sales with a history of exceeding quotas in Enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • A proactive mindset focused on renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Deep knowledge of Enterprise software, cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and how they operate.
  • Outgoing and positive individual who fosters a high-performance team culture.
  • Self-aware and receptive to feedback, demonstrating a growth mindset.
  • Strong technical acumen for engaging with technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled at networking to create opportunities and partnerships.
  • Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced, transformational environment.
  • Experience with FinOps, SAM, or ITAM products/services is a plus.

Work Arrangement: This position is fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow office locations as needed.

Annual Hiring Range/OTE: $151,600.00 - $175,000.00

The actual compensation offered to candidates may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at the time of the offer.

Location: US-IL-Illinois (Remote Employees)

All remote work employees may be required to visit the nearest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes at the Company's discretion.
