Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Residential to drive sales and business growth in the residential solar segment. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for residential rooftop solar projects through field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and channel networks.
  • Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand client requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
  • Present and explain the technical and financial benefits of rooftop solar systems to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and project presentations with customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships withthe customer.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Coordinate with the design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to rooftop solar.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and residential outreach programs.

Skills & Qualification

  • Qualification - B.Tech any equavalent degree, (A Degree or Certification in Renewable Energy will be a plus point)
  • 1- 3 years of experience in Residential Solar Sales, Renewable Energy or Field Sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary - Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 25,000
  • Incentives on exceptional performance.
  • Travel Allowance if travelling outside of the base location
  • Conveyance Allowance for local travel
  • Provident Fund Benefits
