Manager For Purchase And Supply Chain Management

As a Manager Purchase & Supply Chain Management at Arnold Consulting Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading and transforming the Purchase & SCM function for a growing, multi-location healthcare provider. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading purchase, stores, and SCM operations across locations
• Driving sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and commercial closure
• Standardizing vendor contracts and rate agreements
• Establishing reorder levels, stock norms, and replenishment planning
• Monitoring inventory ageing, non-moving and expiry-risk stock
• Implementing controls across indents, POs, approvals, and GRN processes
• Coordinating with pharmacy for procurement planning and optimization
• Working with finance and operations on compliance and reporting
• Building MIS dashboards on cost, inventory, savings, and vendor performance
• Leading and developing the team with strong accountability

Your core competencies should include strong hospital procurement and commercial acumen, hands-on inventory and stores management, vendor development and negotiation skills, SOP and process design capability, data-driven decision-making, strong execution mindset, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.

• *Qualifications Required:**
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, Materials Management, or Hospital Administration preferred
• *Candidate Profile:**
• 810+ years of experience
• Minimum 5 years in hospital / healthcare SCM
• Experience in hospital chains or large institutions preferred
• Exposure to 300+ bed hospitals desirable
• Multi-location experience preferred
• NABH exposure is an advantage
• Strong team management and process improvement track record
