Job Description
Ensure research integrity as a remote Export Control Compliance Manager. Lead efforts to implement export control systems in line with university policies and regulatory frameworks. In this key role, you'll foster collaborations with various departments to enhance export compliance. You'll be responsible for creating policies, conducting staff training, and preparing export documentation. A focus on effective communication and education will be essential for the research community. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective export control policies
- Maintain relationships with technology transfer and compliance departments
- Generate documentation for export licensing and shipping
- Conduct audits and training sessions for staff
- Review cases and screen potential sponsors for compliance Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's is advantageous
- 3-5 years experience in export compliance
- Familiarity with US export regulations and international frameworks
- Experience in advising on licensing and documentation
- CECP preferred; equivalent experience considered Play a vital role in shaping compliance policies that support interdisciplinary research initiatives.
