Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) to lead and manage commercial and office interior/fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of commercial/office projects from planning to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor site execution, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and operational issues
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost control measures
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Drive vendor and contractor performance and accountability
• Prepare project reports, MIS, and client updates
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) companies
• Proven experience in commercial / corporate office projects
• Strong understanding of construction and fit-out processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Architecture
• Experience handling large-scale office fit-outs or commercial interiors
• Familiarity with local vendors and execution practices in Hyderabad

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
