PPC Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creation
• Monitor and improve campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
• Conduct search term analysis, A/B testing, and bid optimisation
• Prepare and share regular performance reports with insights
• Identify issues and implement improvements proactively
• Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, tracking, and landing pages

Required Skillset:

• Good understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)
• Knowledge of bidding strategies (CPA, ROAS, Manual, ECPC)
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
• Basic knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Experience of 2–5 years in Paid Search / PPC
• Google Ads Certification is a plus
• Experience in handling high-budget campaigns is a plus
