We’re looking for a Customer Data Analytics & Engagement Specialist (CleverTap) who can build and scale our complete customer engagement ecosystem from the ground up.
This is not just a campaign management role.
This is a builder’s role.
You’ll own how millions of users experience ArihantPlus across the entire lifecycle — from onboarding and activation to retention, re-engagement, and advocacy. You’ll combine analytics, product thinking, automation, and customer psychology to drive meaningful engagement at scale.

What You’ll Do
Customer Data & Event Architecture
- Design and implement complete CleverTap event architecture across App, Web, APIs, and backend systems
- Define and manage user events, event properties, user properties, identity resolution, and tracking taxonomy
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams for SDK implementation and event instrumentation
- Ensure event governance, accuracy, consistency, and scalability across platforms
- Audit and optimize event tracking frameworks continuously
User Behavior Analytics
- Analyze onboarding journeys, feature adoption, engagement patterns, payment funnels, and churn behavior
- Identify drop-offs, behavioral trends, and growth opportunities across customer journeys
- Build actionable insights to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Track DAU, MAU, stickiness, conversion, retention, and lifecycle metrics
Funnels, Cohorts & Lifecycle Optimization
- Build and optimize funnels, cohorts, retention models, and lifecycle stages
- Create customer journey analytics frameworks and dashboards for business teams
- Drive lifecycle optimization using data-backed experimentation and insights
Segmentation & Personalization
- Build advanced audience segmentation using behavioral activity, engagement patterns, transactions, lifecycle stages, geography, and device intelligence
- Create automated and dynamic user segments for hyper-personalized targeting
- Implement personalized engagement strategies that improve retention and conversion
Campaign Automation & Journey Orchestration
- Execute personalized multi-channel campaigns across Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, In-App, and Web Notifications
- Build automated customer journeys based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement signals
- Optimize campaign timing, delivery, frequency capping, and automation workflows
- Continuously improve engagement KPIs through testing and iteration
AI-Driven Engagement
- Implement predictive engagement models including churn prediction, next-best-action frameworks, recommendation strategies, and engagement scoring
- Leverage customer intelligence and automation to improve retention and conversion at scale
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Build executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, and actionable business insights
- Translate complex customer data into clear growth opportunities for leadership teams
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap
- Deep understanding of customer analytics, lifecycle management, funnels, cohorts, and marketing automation
- Experience with segmentation, personalization engines, and retention strategies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of SQL, APIs, SDK integrations, event pipelines, and data flows
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio
- Experience in Fintech, Consumer Internet, or E-commerce is preferred
- Exposure to platforms like MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is a plus
