Belle opportunité pour un(e) ingénieur(e) industriel(le) souhaitant évoluer dans un rôle concret, directement sur le terrain, au cœur des opérations de production.

Le poste s’inscrit dans un contexte d’industrialisation et de transformation des opérations : implantation d’un ERP, optimisation des flux, structuration des processus et mise en place d’indicateurs de performance.

Ce rôle s’adresse à un profil junior à intermédiaire (1 à 5 ans d’expérience en milieu manufacturier) qui souhaite s’impliquer activement sur le plancher, prendre des responsabilités rapidement et contribuer directement à l’amélioration des opérations.

VOTRE RÔLE

Présent(e) sur le plancher de production, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’optimisation et la structuration des opérations manufacturières.

Vous contribuerez à :

• L’optimisation des opérations et des flux de production
• La mise en place et le suivi des KPI (indicateurs de performance)
• L’amélioration continue des processus et méthodes de travail
• L’optimisation des layouts et de l’organisation du travail
• L’intégration et l’utilisation d’un ERP en environnement manufacturier
• La collaboration étroite avec les équipes de production et les fonctions support

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

• Coordonner les opérations de production au quotidien
• Assurer le suivi des priorités, de la qualité et des standards opérationnels
• Analyser la performance et identifier des opportunités d’amélioration continue
• Proposer et mettre en place des solutions concrètes d’optimisation
• Participer à la structuration des processus et des pratiques opérationnelles
• Contribuer à une culture d’amélioration continue et de performance

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

• Baccalauréat en génie industriel ou domaine connexe
• 1 à 5 ans d’expérience en milieu manufacturier (expérience terrain essentielle)
• Intérêt marqué pour les opérations manufacturières et l’amélioration continue
• Bonne compréhension des processus, des flux et des KPI
• Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à faire avancer les dossiers de façon autonome
• Approche proactive, orientée solutions et résultats
• Leadership naturel et capacité à mobiliser positivement les équipes
• Bonnes habiletés relationnelles et aisance en environnement de production
• Bilinguisme français-anglais

CONDITIONS

Great opportunity for an Industrial Engineer looking to take on a hands-on role directly on the shop floor, at the heart of production operations.

This position is part of a transformation and industrialization context: ERP implementation, workflow and process optimization, and performance tracking through KPIs.

This role is ideal for a junior to intermediate profile (1 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment) who wants to be actively involved on the shop floor, take on responsibilities quickly and contribute directly to operational improvement.

YOUR ROLE

Working directly on the shop floor, you will play a key role in optimizing and structuring manufacturing operations.

You will contribute to:

• Production flow and operations optimization
• KPI implementation and performance monitoring
• Continuous improvement of processes and work methods
• Layout optimization and work organization
• ERP integration and usage in a manufacturing environment
• Close collaboration with production teams and support functions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate day-to-day production operations
• Monitor priorities, quality and operational standards
• Analyze performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Propose and implement practical optimization solutions
• Support the structuring of processes and operational practices

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (hands-on experience required)
• Strong interest in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement
• Good understanding of processes, workflows and KPIs
• Ability to learn quickly and drive initiatives autonomously
• Proactive, solution-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Natural leadership and ability to positively influence teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and shop floor presence
• Bilingual (French and English)
