Role Overview:
You will be leading the revenue growth of the Brand across all channels as a P&L leadership mandate. Your role involves spearheading the transition from 200 Cr to 1000 Cr, ensuring a relentless focus on unit economics and capital efficiency. You will oversee a high-output team covering performance marketing, brand, and operations to scale the revenue engine profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own top-line and bottom-line revenue across all channels (D2C, Marketplaces, and Retail)
- Drive omnichannel growth and achieve scale while ensuring profitable scaling
- Own the unit economics for marketing: Build and optimize frameworks for CAC, LTV, ROAS, and Contribution Margin
- Own the brand positioning and ensure all communications resonate with customers
- Partner with the creative team to maintain world-class brand communications
- Build systems and operating rhythm to increase decision velocity and execution speed across marketing function
- Value financial discipline as much as creative flair in marketing ledger management
Qualification Required:
- 812 years of experience in high-growth D2C or Fashion industry
- Proven track record in scaling performance marketing for consumer-first brands for at least 3+ years
- Tier-1 academic background (IIT / IIM or equivalent) Role Overview:
