Job Description for Food Quality Manager:

The managerial role of the Food Quality Manager is in charge of creating and executing dining solutions that satisfy patron preferences. oversees and runs the dining area where patrons place menu-based orders for prepared cuisine.

Responsibilities for Food Quality Manager:

• Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential

• Plan and lead daily team briefings
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations Client Relationship

• Deliver client and company financial targets
• Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
• Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
• Supervise team regarding production, quality and control Compliance
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees

Qualifications for Food Quality Manager:

• A management background of at least one year is necessary
• Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree or a similar level of experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Cultivating and managing successful client and customer rapport to support mutually advantageous business partnerships
• Exhibiting mastery in the delivery of exceptional customer service through the implementation of Aramark's established service guidelines
• The ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a cohesive food service experience for all patrons
• Entails occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects up to 50 pounds in weight.
• Should be able to endure long periods of standing.
